Biography Highlight

Liu Dongdong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan city, Hubei province. He was born in 1945, joined the PLA in 1961, and joined CPC in 1963. He was promoted to Major General in 1992, promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2000, and to General in 2004. Liu has held leading positions in the 139th Division of the 47th Group Army. He was elected political commissar and Secretary of CPC Party Committee of the Jinan Military Region in 2003.
