Chen Geng, male, is of Han nationality. He was born in 1947, and graduated from Beijing College of Economics. Chen possesses over 30 years experience in the management of China national petroleum. He became the president of Petrochina Company Limited in 2002. He became the general manager of Petrochina Company Limited in 2004, and resigned the positions in 2006.
