Dai Xuejiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1930, joined the PLA in 1946 and joined the CPC in 1947.
Dai Xuejiang initially served as Party secretary in the political department of the Third Field Army, and in the early 1950s he served in Korea as a battalion instructor. Subsequently, he rose in the ranks of the corps political department of the Shenyang Military Region, eventually becoming its director. He was conferred the rank of General in 1994.
Dai Xuejiang was a delegate to the 12th CPC National Congress.
