Biography
Dalielihan Mamir, male, Kazak native, was born in Altay of Xinjiang, and joined the CPC in 1973. He graduated from Beijing Chemical Engineering Institute. Dalielihan spent most of his career in his native Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, where he served as director of the state government until 1990. In the early 1990's he was deputy director of the Foreign Economic and Trade Department there and in 2003 he became deputy director of the standing committee of the NPC.
