Feng Zhenglin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yanchuan, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1957, joined the CPC in 1997 and graduated from university. Feng is a senior engineer. Feng has held leading posts with the Ministry of Communications, serving as director in the 1990s. He was elected vice-minister and member of the Leading Party Group in 2003. In 2016 he became Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. He is an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
