Fu Wenjuan, female, Han Nationality, was born in 1949 and is a native of Yin County, Zhejiang Province. She began to work in 1968 and joined the CPC in 1972. She was educated at the Department of Construction Management of Tongji University and holds the rank of Senior Economist.
She is Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in Charge of Discipline Inspection and a Member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
