Han Wenxiu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zanhuang County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1963, graduated from Beijing University with a Bachelor Degree in 1984, with a Master Degree in 1989, and from People’s University of China with a Doctor Degree in 2010. From 2005 to 2011, he worked at Central Leading Group for Finance and Economics. Since September 2011, he is Deputy Director, Research Office of the State Council.
