Ji Bingxuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Mengjin County, Henan province. He was born in 1951, graduated from Zhengzhou University in 1978, and joined the CPC in 1980. He was an alternate member of the 16th and 17th CPC Central Committees and is currently a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
