Ji Lin, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962. He joined the CPC in 1984 and obtained a master's of law science. He is an associate professor. Ji Lin held leading Party posts at the People's University of China. Subsequently he served as secretary of the Beijing Municipal CYLC Committee.
