Biography
Jiao Huancheng, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1949, joined the CPC in 1969, and attended graduate school. Jiao held leading posts in the State Council, where he served as vice general secretary in 2002. In the same year he was elected member of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
He is currently an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Director of the Government Offices Administration of the State Council.
