Biography
Li Xueyong, male, Han nationality, was born in 1950, and graduated from the Polymer Chemistry Department of the Beijing College of Chemical Technology. He has served as vice-mayor of Xi'an municipality and in 1998 he was promoted to vice-minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
He is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
