Ma Guofu, male, Han nationality. He graduated from the Cotton Spinning Department, Chengdu Textile Technical School, and joined the CPC.
Ma spent his career in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the Chinese textile industry. He was named a senior economic engineer and held a CPC position in his present company, the China World Best Co. Ltd.
