Nie Chenxi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Lingshou County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1974, and joined the CPC in 1993. He graduated from Fudan University in 1980. From 2011 to 2012, he was Vice Governor of Hebei Province. Since October 2012, he is Deputy Director, State Administration of Radio, Film and Television.
