Sheng Lianxi, male, Han nationality, was born in Fusong, Jilin Province and is a native of Feicheng, Shandong Province. He is a member of the CPC and of the Jilin CPPCC. He graduated from the Biology Department of Jilin Normal University (now Northeast Normal University) in 1975, received a master's degree in 1988 and a doctorate degree in 2000.
