Shu Guozeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1956 and entered the work force in 1974. He is CPC Party Member. From 2012 to 2014, he was Director of Zhejiang Provincial Government Development and Research Center. Since From 2014 to 2015, he was Deputy Director, General Office, LSG for Finance and Economics. Since 2015, he serves as Head, Discipline Inspection Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
