Sun Zhigang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xingyang City, Henan province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1976. He was vice-governor of Anhui province from 2006 to 2010. Sun served as chairman of the standing committee of the Yichang City People's Congress in Hubei province from 2002 to 2006.
