Wang Futian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shandong province. He was born in 1950, and graduated from Dalian Maritime University. He joined the Guangzhou branch of the China Ocean Shipping Group Company in 1976, and became vice-president of the company in 2004. He is an expert in human resources, personnel management and coordination, corporate establishment, and security management.
