Wang Guoqiang, male, Han Nationality was born in 1955 and was born in Shanghai. He graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1978, and acquired Master Degree of Law of Demology at Jilin University in 2000. Now was Vice-Minister and Leading Party Members Group of the Ministry of Health. In 2013 he became Deputy Director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
