Biography
Wang Huaiyuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Longkou, Shandong Province. He was born in 1938, graduated from Shandong Engineering Institute and joined the CPC in 1964.
Wang spent his early career in management and Party leadership positions at the Boshan Electrical Machinery Plant. After serving in various Party leadership positions, Wang became mayor of Zibo City. Later, he became president of the Federation of Trade Unions. In 1995, he was elected deputy secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee.
