Wang Jialin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengrun, Hebei province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1966, and graduated from the department of chemistry of Nankai University. Wang held leading posts in the CPC Changzhou City Committee, where he served as secretary in 1993. Subsequently he transferred to the local taxation bureau of Hebei, where he was director until 1998.
