Wang Jianshuang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiamen City, Fujian province. He was born in 1936, and graduated from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. He served as deputy governor of Fujian province until 1997, and he was appointed vice-chairman of the overseas Chinese affairs committee of the NPC in 2003.
