Biography
Wang Juntao, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962. He graduated from the Computer Science Department of Harbin Technical University in 1982 with a bachelor's degree.
Wang worked in Silicon Valley in the United States on computer network technology. In 1992, he raised funds to establish his own business and in 1999 became president and chairman of 8848 E-Business Network Service Company.
