Biography
Wang Zhongwei, male, was born in 1955. He is a native of Yin County, Zhejiang Province. Began to work in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1980. Master of Business Administration. Associate Professor. He was Deputy director of State Council Information Office and from 2012 to 2015 he was Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Culture. In 2013 he became Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council and in 2015 he was named Director of the State Council Counselors' Office.
