Wei Jianxing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, and was born in 1931. He joined the Party in 1949 and studied mechanical engineering in Dalian, Liaoning Province, followed by two years study of enterprise management in a factory in the Soviet Union.
