Xu Jingye, male, was born on 1951 in Henan Province, Jiyuan City. Was a soldier in the PLA from 1969-1976. He joined the CPC in 1970. He is now a member of the 17h CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and secretary of the Chongqing CPC Municipal Discipline Committee.
