Xu Kezhen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiantao City, Hubei Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1972, and joined the CPC in 1975. From 2008 to 2012, he was Director of Development and Reform Committee of Hubei Province. Since 2012, he is Vice-Governor of People's Government of Hubei Province.
