Yan Qingmin, male, Han nationality, was a native of Tianzhen County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1961 and entered the work force in 1984. He graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor and Master Degree. He held a Doctorate Degree in Economics from People’s University of China and a Doctorate Degree in management from Chongqing University. From 2010 to 2013, he was Assistant Chairman of China Banking Regulatory Commission. From May 2013 to 2015 he wass Vice-Chairman, China Banking Regulatory Commission.
