Biography Highlight

Zhang Chaochao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xincai County, Henan Province. He was born in 1967, joined the CPC in 1987, entered the work force in 1995. He graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University with a Bachelor Degree in 1990, from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science Graduate School with a Master Degree in 1992, and a Doctorate Degree in 1995. From 2010 to 2012, he was Director of Shandong Province Development and Reform Committee. Since August 2012, he is Vice-Governor, People's Government, Shandong Province.
