Zhang Kaixun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Gulang County, Gansu Province. He was born in 1951, entered the work force in 1966, and joined the CPC in 1976. Since 2008, He is Secretary General of Gansu Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee. Since Jan. 2011, he is Deputy Director of Gansu Province Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee.
