Zhang Shaonong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qin County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1974. From 2005 to 2011, he was Director of Organization Department of CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee. Since May 2011, he is assigned as Vice-Minister of Ministry of Land and Resources.
