Biography
Zhang Shiqi, male, Han nationality, graduated from the Economics Department of Nankai University in 1982. At the university, he majored in college administration.
An associate research fellow, Zhang became the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Nankai University in 1997. His responsibilities include discipline inspection and review. He is also a standing member of the Party Committee.
