Zhang Yanling, female, Han nationality, was born in 1953, graduated from Liaoning University in 1977 and obtained a master's degree from Wuhan University in 1999. She is a non-executive director and a member of the Risk Committee of both the Bank of China Limited and the Bank of China Hong Kong Group Limited. She is chairman of the Bank of China Limited and the Bank of China Hungary Limited. Zhang has been with the Bank of China for 28 years.
