Zhao Kezhi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Laixi City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1973 and joined the CPC in 1975. Zhao was Executive Vice-Governor of Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Zhao was Deputy Secretary of CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and Governor of Guizhou Province. In 2012 he became Secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee. In 2013 he was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial People's Congress.
