Biography

Zhou Qiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huangmei, Hubei Province. He was born in 1960, received some graduate education and joined the CPC.

Zhou began his political career as co-secretary of the 13th CYLC Central Committee Secretariat. He later became a member and standing committee member of the Committee for Internal and Judicial Affairs of the 9th NPC.

Zhou was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. He is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee, governor of Hunan province and deputy secretary of the Hunan CPC Provincial Committee.
