Zhu Zuolin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1932, joined the CPC in 1954 and studied at the People‘s University of China.

Zhu spent 15 years as a teacher at both the People‘s University of China and China Socialist College. He also served as vice-president of the China Overseas Friendship Association.

Zhu was deputy secretary-general of the 6th, 7th, and 8th CPPCC National Committee and a standing committee of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
