You Ren, male, Mongolian nationality, is a native of Siziwang Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1962, and graduated from the junior college of the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. You held leading positions in the CPC Siziwang Banner Committee, where he served as director of the organization department until 1978. You Ren was appointed vice-chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in 2002.
