Wang Shuangquan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dayi County, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1967, graduated from Southwest Political science and Law University in 1983, and started to work in Tibet Higher People’s Court since 1983. From 2015 to 2017 he was Deputy Secretary-General of CPC Central Committee Political and Law Committee. From 2017 to 2018 he was Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Justice and Director of its Political Department. In 2018 he became Vice-Governor and Head of Public Security of Zhejiang Province.
