Biography
Bai Dahua, male, Hui nationality, was born in 1942 in Jilin City, Jilin Province. He graduated from Qinghua University in 1966, and, starting in 1978, he worked for many years at the No. 2 Automobile Works in Changchun, Jilin Province, rising from technician to deputy director of the chassis plant.
Bai joined the China Democratic National Construction Association in 1987, and he subsequently held senior posts in this association, both at the provincial and central levels. In 1991, he was made deputy director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and concurrently director of the State Trademark Association.
Bai was a member of the 7th, 8th CPPCC National Committees and a member of standing committee of 9th CPPCC.
