Biography
Chen Yixin, male, Han nationality, was a native of Taishun County of Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1959, entered work force in 1976 and joined the CPC in 1982. He graduated from Physics Department of Lishui Teachers Special School in 1981 with an associate degree. From 2012 to 2015, he was Secretary of CPC City Committee of Zhejiang Province Wenzhou City. Since December 2015, he is full-time Deputy-Director, General Office, LSG for Comprehensively Deepening Reform. He is an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
