Biography
Fu Xing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenchang city, Hainan Province. He was born in 1951, joined the CPC in 1971, and attained a college degree from South China Normal University.
Fu has spent his career at the Hainan Provincial Party School, where he has served as a teacher and administrator. Fu has served as a member of the standing committee of the CPC Haikou Municipal Committee. In the late 1990s he served as assistant secretary of the CPC Haikou Municipal Committee.
