Biography
Gong Puguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Mizhi County, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1974, graduated from History Department of Sichuan University in 1982, and joined the CPC in 1984. From 2006 to 2013 he was Vice-Chairman of Tibet Autonomous Region. In 2013 he became Vice-Minister of Ministry of Civil Affairs.
