Biography
Guo Tingbiao, male, Hui nationality, is a native of Hui'an, Fujian province. He was born in 1942, and joined the CPC. Guo received a higher education. Guo held leading posts in Fujian province, where he served as mayor of Liaoyang city and Dandong city. In 2003 he served as deputy director of the standing committee of the Liaonong Provincial People's Congress. Guo Tingbiao was appointed chairman of the CPPCC Liaoning Provincial Committee in 2004.
