Biography
He Guangbei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. He graduated from the Beijing Second Foreign Languages Institute in 1979. In 1985, he received his master's degree in international management studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in the USA. He joined the Bank of China in 1980. In 2003, he was appointed chief executive of the Bank of China Hong Kong Holdings Limited Company.
