Biography
Liu Dezhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiongxian County, Hebei province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1972, and graduated from the Zhangjiakou Academy of Agriculture, with the veterinary major. Liu held leading posts in Xiongxian county, Xincheng county and Hengshui prefecture, where he was deputy secretary of the CPC committee until 1997. He was vice-chairman of the CPPCC Hebei Provincial Committee.
