Biography
Liu Yungeng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1947 in Zhejiang Province, Zhoushan City. He joined the CPC in 1973 and spent the majority of his career working in various departments of the Shanghai People's Government.
He was an Alternate Member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and is now Chairman of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
