Biography
Lu Yongzheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yiyang City, Hunan Province. He was born in 1967, joined the CPC in 1986, graduated from Chinese Literature Department of Wuhan University with a Bachelor Degree in 1989. In 2005, he gained MBA from Changjiang Business School. In 2012, he received his Doctorate Degree from Wuhan University. From 2005 to 2013, he was a Member of the Secretariat of the CYLC Central Committee, Vice-Chairman of the 10th and 11th All-China Youth Federation. Since 2013, he is Deputy Director of the State Administration of Civil Service.
