Biography
Ma Zhengqi, male, was born on 1959 in Sichuan Province, Yongchuan County. He joined the CPC in 1977 and held a number of local party leaderhip positions throughout Sichuan Province. He served as vice-mayor of Chongqing 2007 to 2013.
He is now an alternate member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and Deputy Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
