Biography
Rexiati Yinatula, male, Uygur nationality, is a native of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He was born in 1943, graduated from Bayi Agricultural College and joined the CPC in 1982.
Rexiati spent much of his career in teaching and administration at Bayiguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture Agricultural School. He later attended the Central Party School. In 1989, he became secretary of the CPC Urumqi Education Committee.
