Biography
San Xiangjun, male, Han nationality, was born in 1956 in Hubei Province, Xiangfan City. He joined the CPC in 1975. He worked in the Tianjin CYLC Municipal Committee.
He was an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and in 2007 he became Secretary of the Municipal CPC Political Science and Law Committee of Tianjin.
