Biography Highlight

Sui Mingtai, male, is a native of Zhaoyuan, Shandong province. He was born in 1942, joined the PLA in 1960, and joined the CPC in 1962. Sui was conferred the rank of major general in 1988, and promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1996. Sui directed the political department of the 2nd Artillery Force until 1986, and he became political commissar there in 1997.
